The Powder-On-Powder Process: A New Standard in Aluminium Woodgrain Finishes
Evergrain® is a multi-layered powder-coated finish.
The powder coating is applied in two stages: base coat and grain pattern, known as POP – powder-on-powder.
- The initial base coat is applied using the same process as regular powder coating, then partially heat cured.
- The second grain-pattern coat is applied using a unique powder coating process.
- The profile is fully cured, and the two powders are fused to create a single textured coating.
The result is the natural look and feel of real timber and beautiful finishes for internal or external applications.
